Feeling well and happy is not a pipedream.

With a health coach by your side, you could be:

  • Smiling confidently instead of seizing up with dread when you step on the scale.

  • Conquering burnout by setting guilt-free boundaries with the people and things that drain your energy.

  • Excited for your annual physical, having finally, finally implemented the changes your doctor recommended

  • Asking yourself what brings you joy, and then taking real steps towards that joy.

  • Insert Your Goal Here – because at the end of the day, this is about you. And the possibilities? LIMITLESS. Just like your potential.

Here’s How I Can Help

*Holistic, One-On-One Health & Wellness Coaching

*First, a note on the H word.

In this context, holistic means treating the whole person rather than just their surface symptoms.
Many health practitioners who claim to be holistic are overly concerned with the physical aspect of health, or are laser focused on reactively treating symptoms.

In contrast, I work with my clients to proactively identify the root causes of their distress.
I’m also trained and certified to coach to six different aspects of health – so whatever you’re dealing with, we’ll come up with a plan that aligns perfectly with your needs.

Here are just a few examples of things I’ve helped individual clients achieve:

  • A fellow social worker and I put our heads together, and helped her identify, set, and stick to some boundaries around her time and energy, so that she could show up better at work and at home.

  • A woman who wanted to feel better in her own skin ended up losing 18 lbs over 12 weeks and making real, sustainable changes to her eating habits, thanks to the evidence-based methods we adapted and the built in accountability of the coaching relationship.

  • Helped a total yoga beginner build confidence in her abilities and discover a new form of exercise she loved. She even reported it reduced her joint pain.

When it comes to happiness and joy, there is always a seat with your name on it
